At Saint Fiacres Farm, our CSA is the heart of what we do. By joining, you’re not just purchasing vegetables — you’re investing in local agriculture, supporting sustainable growing practices, and enjoying the freshest seasonal produce our fields have to offer.
When you become a member, you share in both the bounty and the rhythm of the season. Each week, you’ll receive a carefully selected assortment of naturally grown produce harvested at peak freshness.
Main Season CSA 2026
25 Weeks | May 15 – October 30
Our main CSA runs for 25 weeks from May 15th through October 30th, 2026, delivering the full abundance of the growing season — from tender spring greens to peak-summer tomatoes and crisp fall vegetables.
Early Bird Special: $787.50
(Regular value: $875 worth of produce)
Early Bird members receive the full 25-week share at a discounted rate of $787.50, while enjoying $875 worth of naturally grown produce throughout the season.
By signing up early, you help support the farm at the start of the growing season — when seeds are planted, fields are prepared, and investments are made for the year ahead.
Winter CSA 2025–2026
20 Weeks of Fresh, Seasonal Produce
Pro-Rated Share: $262.50
Our Winter CSA runs for 20 weeks during the 2025–2026 season and features storage crops and greenhouse-grown produce to keep your kitchen stocked through the colder months.
Expect hearty roots, winter greens, squash, onions, garlic, and other seasonal favorites — all grown with the same care and natural methods as our summer harvest.
The winter share is pro-rated at $262.50, making it an affordable way to continue enjoying local food long after the growing season slows down.

Pick up your CSA share at the CNY Regional Market in the C Shed during our regular Saturday market hours. This is a great option if you enjoy shopping the market and supporting other local vendors while collecting your weekly produce.
